Brief Update...
 
Sunday Nov 22nd: Warren rang from California this afternoon with an update. Brad and Ben are still with the rest of the Aussie Iron Rider Team until they head home on Tuesday, spent today unloading the bikes. On close inspection of the bike, they were disappointed to learn that it was NOT a pistion that failed as first thought, but the solder on one of the wires in the stator had cracked due to the heat and vibration. It was disappointing to find the problem could have been repaired, but in those racing conditions problems are not always known until later when there is enough time to give the bike an indepth going over.
I hope they enjoy the rest of their stay with Mike and Heather's wonderful hospitality, and a safe journey home.
